Martin Vaughan first came to my attention via the then President of the Association of British Investigators, as I was looking for an external expert in the art of interviewing skills and Martin came highly recommended. He has now trained all my staff, some 20 in number, by way of a 3 day intensive training course. I have attended many training courses over the years but I can say without any hesitation, Martin’s course was by far and away the best both in terms of the content and, most importantly, the delivery with Martin recalling numerous real life case examples from his police background to explain and amplify key learning points. He was able to transgress with consummate ease, between criminal and civil procedures which was a huge help to us as our role within AXA touches on both. In addition he is always at the end of the phone for advice. All in all, money well spent and as such I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin to any future clients.
